Return or Cancel Policy
1. If the customer requests to cancel the order before we have started to process the order (Usually within 24 Hours) then 10% of total order amount will be charged as cancellation charges and rest will be refunded.
If the customer requests to cancel the order after we have started processing the order (Usually after 24 Hours) then 25% of total amount will be charged as cancellation charges and rest will be refunded.
If your product has been dispatched or delivered then the customer cannot cancel the order or return the product and refund is not possible in this case.
2. If product is not in stock, “The PC KingZ” has every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer; email should be sent for cancelled order and full amount will be refunded to customer.
3. No Refund or Returns if order is dispatched from Store. However, Refunds are issued only in case of complete loss of shipment.

- Refund will be done directly to customer’s bank account or original payment method.
Warranty Terms:
1. All products sold by us carry only carry-in warranty as provided by the seller of the original product. Where the words “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” are mentioned, it means warranty is the direct obligation of the Manufacturer.
2. We request the customer to send the copy of our invoice and delivery challan for warranty purposes always when there is a service problem for products from our side. Shipping charges will always be paid for by the customer.
3. Goods once sold will be accepted for warranty repair/replacement only as per warranty attached with the goods by the manufacturer thereof. Products with broken/burnt due pin-hole, water damage, corrosion on metal parts, pen/pencil markings, tracks, missing/tampered components/warranty stickers damaged will be rejected and considered warranty void.
4. Warranty clause stands void for damage caused due to mishandling of equipment’s for any reasons causing damage to the products like lack of knowledge, improper handling, electricity problem etc. It is generally accepted that if the customer used product under normal conditions, there would have been no damage of the product.
5. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only, and as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. In case manufacturer has local service center then for warranty the customer has to approach the service center directly with the purchase details i.e. bill/invoice/cash memo.
6. Products under warranty will either be repaired or replaced as per manufacturer.
7. Any service problems or grievances if raised have to be addressed directly to the manufacturers at the dealers address only. We are not responsible for any service, product related problem thereof.
8. Warranty service will be given only where the full payment is made on the due date.
Shipping Policy:
Once a customer places an order the The PC KingZ, we ship the products within 3-7 days. It depends on the order, the PC Builds are dispatched usually within 3-7 Days and single components orders are dispatched fast within 1-3 days.
Sometimes we need to arrange components in case the components are out of stock, so in that case the customer needs to wait.
In case of pre-paid orders, the customer has to first complete the full payment in advance before shipping.
We have shipping courier partners like Shiprocket, Xpressbees, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Trackon, etc, and they deliver the orders depending on the order delivery location.
