1. It is notified and informed that “The PC KingZ” is a marketing and distribution company and is not a manufacturing company.

2. We hereby certified that our registration certificate under the GST Act 2017 is in force on the date on which the sale of the goods specified in the Bill / Cash memo / Invoice has been generated by me / us in the regular course of our business.

3. That, it is clear and specific here that the item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and our company is not liable for the physical damage of any item thereafter. All goods are consigned at buyer’s risk and our company is not responsible for any loss, damage or pilferage during transit.

4. That, our goods are fully insured and in case of any damage to the PC or a specific component while shipping, the specific component is replaced or RMA by “The PC KingZ”. *Note: Customer should have digital evidence (uncut video while opening the packaging) in order to claim the insurance and the claim of the damaged component should be within 7 days of delivery.

5. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form the complete system. Above goods are only in the form of components / sub-assemblies / and not a “New PC “unless it is specified as “New PC System”, from the original point of sale.

6. Any product purchased from us for any special usage in abnormal environment i.e. other than normal usage should be informed to us at the time of purchase otherwise the warranty is void and null.

7. No customer can avoid his/her/their responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions which have been duly uploaded through digital mode.

8. Physical or water damage / mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers do not cover warranty. All products sold by us required technically qualified PC Hardware engineer for installation. 

9. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.

10.  It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check physical condition of the purchased goods on receipt; any transit damage should be reported immediately i.e. through email or digital mode after taking photograph of the product received.
